Project Coordinator

Kudu Creative is looking for a full-time project coordinator to join our team. This person should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience within the advertising industry or alike position. Get ready to coordinate a wide array of clients and projects! Our team is rarely bored. We thrive on learning something new about the brands we work with. A well organized timeline is key in creating designs and websites that effectively communicate our clients’ messaging & offerings. Applicants with extra special talents like creative writing, SEO, photography, design or social media are a plus.

Hard Skills

  • Hourly, daily and weekly communication with clients. Keeping them informed is key to moving projects forward and on target

  • Time Management of creative milestones as well as client milestones for projects

  • Provide weekly agendas & to-do’s

  • Schedule and maintain hard deadlines, kick off meetings, day to day operations, milestones and due dates

  • Prioritize client deliverables

  • Assist with quality assurance, testing and documentation
  • Tactfully hold the client accountable for their commitments/requirements to the project

  • Mindful of scope creep

  • Check in with the creative team on a daily basis as priorities shift and new projects come in

  • Document all meetings and communications

  • Must be fluent with all social media platforms

  • Manage timely communication between clients and internal team

  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve potential roadblocks

  • Willingness to put in the hours necessary to accomplish tasks and meet all deadlines

  • Knowledge of WordPress content management system is a plus

More About the Position

  • This position will be part-time during the on-boarding process. After on-boarding is completed the position will transition to full-time. Opportunity is contingent upon performance

  • Position is in-house, however working remote a few days may be an option. Candidates must be local to come on site for initial training and various other occasions

  • Maintains confidentiality of all materials handled
