Lehigh Valley Food Policy Council is a collective of organizations and institutions that make up focused work groups. Their common mission is to shape the landscape for regional food access, policy & collaboration. LVFPC engages communities to identify gaps and barriers in the local food system, implement strategies, track progress and make impact.
